Are guest players bots?

No, guest Players (with guest names) are players who didn't change their name.

Where can I play Rummy 500?

Use the App Store or Google Play button on this site to open the official application page. If a Play online link is available, you can also open the browser version. A greyed-out store button means that no download link is currently available on this site.

What should I include when asking for account help?

For help finding your Rummy 500 account or moving to another device, contact support with your player name, player ID if available, and the device you previously used. Explain whether you still have access to the old device. Do not send your password. Avoid deleting the application or its data before checking how your account can be recovered.

Playing & rules

Why isn’t the card distribution more even?

Rummy500 deals the cards completely at random. You'll need to rely on both luck and skill to win more that you lose.

Our team hopes to provide an entertaining game experience for everyone. Reach out at any time if you have questions or concerns.

What are some gameplay basics?

Online players are matched automatically and the dealer is selected at random.

Players then take turns drawing cards and trying to form sets and runs. The round ends when a player discards their last card.

Points are scored by laying down your meld cards, and the player with the most points wins!

Leagues & rankings

How can I follow my league progress in Rummy 500?

Open the league view in the game to check your group, current position and the time remaining in the competition. The weekly league and monthly ranking cover different periods: compare your position within the same competition. Check the promotion and relegation zones shown in the league view before the period ends.

Where can I check league rewards?

Check the rewards and eligibility conditions shown for your current league in Rummy 500. Your position can change until the competition closes, so a temporary place does not guarantee the final reward. If a completed competition appears incorrect, contact support with the period, league and a screenshot of your final standing.

Tournaments & missions

2

What should I check before entering a tournament?

Before joining a Rummy 500 tournament, read the event information: schedule, entry conditions, stages, scoring and rewards. Tournament standings belong to that event and should not be confused with your league position. Follow the instructions shown for the current event, since its format determines how you advance.

Why has my mission not progressed?

Read the exact objective shown in Rummy 500, including any required mode, table or time limit. Check that the match has finished and that your result meets those conditions. If progress still looks wrong, contact support with the mission wording, a screenshot and the approximate time of the relevant match.

Tokens & purchases

5

How can I get free tokens?

You can claim free bonus tokens every 4 hours.

Token bonuses are determined by your league: players in League 1 can have 300 tokens, and players in League 15 can have 900 chips every four hours.

Additionally, you can earn tokens through missions and tournaments.

How does the slot machine work?

Our slot machine relies on luck and randomness.

Spinning the symbols into the required combination wins you tokens based on the payout structure.

Why aren’t the slot machine symbols lined-up?

Because you didn’t win! The symbols need to be correctly aligned for players to win.

Don’t give up. Maybe you’ll have better luck next time!
